Green Power for Businesses

Energhx is a green energy supplier with Independent Green Energy Optional power (IGEOpower) credit, derived from solar and wind energy. Our low-volume commercial electricity customers can choose any unit of IGEOpower to add on the electricity supplied to them. These IGEOpower units then qualify them a long-term Green Energy Credit™. Unlike other electricity supply services, like the Standard Supply Service from local distribution companies (LDC) and many retailing services, Green Energy Credit™ Supply Service can save you money for going green. It is important to note that if you choose to activate the Green Energy Credit™ for the electricity supplied to your business, you will continue to receive your electricity bill through your LDC. Therefore, no additional invoice will be sent to you from Energhx. And no installation service is required for you qualify for the credit, but you will be able to identify the location and size of the green energy generator. You may also ascertain the quantity of green power that your IGEOpower units is sending to the local grid through your LDC invoices.

To demonstrate the possible benefits of the Green Energy Credit™ to your monthly invoice, we use an example of a business that has a monthly electricity consumption of 800 kWh and a 53.5:27.3:19.2 Time-of-Use usage pattern. The two amounts below estimate the overall cost of the invoice if just 5 units of IGEOpower from a 3 kW rooftop-mounted solar is applied or not applied.

There is no IGEOpower Charge for all renewals throughout the Term on the power purchasing contract on the Facility. Therefore, the estimated supply cost for these renewals will be $40.59.
